一. 設(she)備概述(shu)：

該車輛連接器碾壓試驗機是(shi)由我們陽光悅達科(ke)技生產(chan)和銷售，該裝(zhuang)置滿(man)足且依照以下標準：

SAE J1772-2017SAE Electric Vehicle and Plug in Hybrid Electric Vehicle Conductive Charge Coupler 第4.9.5條 Vehicle Drive-over（車輛碾壓(ya)試驗）

按照(zhao)UL2251 STANDARD FOR SAFETY Plugs, Receptacles, and Couplers for Electric Vehicles 第35章  Crush Test。（碾壓試驗(yan)）

GB/T20234.1-2015《電動(dong)汽車(che)傳導充電用連接裝置 第(di)1部分：通用要求》第(di)6.21和7.24 車(che)輛碾壓試驗。 

• 主要測(ce)試(shi)要求(qiu)：

UL2251：

 35.1  Each of three devices wired onto electric vehicle cable shall be placed between a pair of rigid, ?at, steel plates that are at least 457 mm (18 inches) long and are horizontal and parallel to one another. One plate shall be moved gradually toward the other at a rate of 10.0 ±2.5 mm (1/2 ±1/8 inch) per minute, until a crushing force of 890 N (200 lbf) is applied, and held for one minute and then removed. Each device shall be oriented in a natural resting position before applying the force. The force shall not be applied to the projecting pins.

35.2  The electric vehicle cable used to wire the device shall be the minimum size and type of electric vehicle cable speci?ed for use by the manufacturer in accordance with 56.1.2.

GB/T20234.1-2015：

 車輛碾壓

供電插(cha)頭和車輛(liang)插(cha)頭，按照7.21的方法進行車輛(liang)碾(nian)壓試(shi)驗后，不(bu)應(ying)出現如(ru)下現象：

——防護等(deng)級不滿足(zu)6.9的要求；

——爬電(dian)距(ju)離、電(dian)氣間隙和穿透(tou)密封(feng)膠距(ju)離不滿足6.17的要求(qiu)；

——其他可能(neng)會增加著火或電擊事件的可能(neng)性的損壞跡象(xiang)；

不能滿(man)足6.10的(de)介(jie)電強(qiang)度(du)要求。

7.21　車輛碾(nian)壓(ya)

電動車耦合器碾壓試驗機SAE-J1772將帶有制造商推薦的(de)(de)電(dian)纜的(de)(de)供(gong)電(dian)插(cha)頭(tou)和(he)車(che)(che)(che)輛插(cha)頭(tou)隨(sui)意地(di)放(fang)(fang)在水泥地(di)上(shang)。用規格為P225/75R15或同等負載的(de)(de)傳統汽車(che)(che)(che)輪(lun)胎以(yi)(yi)（5000±250）N的(de)(de)壓力，以(yi)(yi)（8±2）km/h的(de)(de)速度壓過供(gong)電(dian)插(cha)頭(tou)或車(che)(che)(che)輛插(cha)頭(tou)（輪(lun)胎充氣壓力220 kPa±10 kPa）。當車(che)(che)(che)輪(lun)從試件(jian)壓過之(zhi)前，每一個(ge)試件(jian)均應隨(sui)意地(di)以(yi)(yi)正常方式(shi)放(fang)(fang)在地(di)上(shang)。測(ce)試中的(de)(de)試件(jian)應無明顯移動。被施加壓力的(de)(de)試件(jian)不應放(fang)(fang)置在突出物(wu)上(shang)。

三(san)．主要技術參數： 

• 承載載荷：（5000N±250）N，（11000±550）N
• 碾壓速度： 8±2km/h；
• 輪胎(tai)規格：225/75 R15;
• 轉速：8Km/H.

四．試驗后性能(neng)

在(zai)完成(cheng)9.34.2的試驗(yan)后，下列情況適用：

不得出現以下程度的嚴重開裂、折斷或(huo)形變：

---除(chu)外(wai)露接線端子(zi)外(wai)，帶電部件(jian)及內部線路(lu)可通過圖(tu)8所示的標準(zhun)絲觸及，見9.4.

---外殼(ke)完整性受(shou)破壞，使(shi)得(de)功能盒(he)的(de)內部部件得(de)不(bu)到適(shi)合(he)的(de)機(ji)械(xie)或(huo)環境保護(hu)，或(huo)功能盒(he)的(de)極(ji)性受(shou)損。

---功(gong)能盒的(de)動作(zuo)、功(gong)能或(huo)安裝受到(dao)妨(fang)礙。

---功能(neng)盒對軟電纜不能(neng)提供足夠的應力松弛(chi)。
